Four beautiful homes are being created for the December Nashville Parade of Homes in Kings’ Chapel community in Arrington, TN.

The gated community of Kings’ Chapel previously hosted the parade in 2012. Neighborhood developer John Powell said the building team represents the best-of-the-best in the industry with the latest in design ideas and holiday inspiration.

Parade of Homes Chairman David Crane with Grace Bingham from Make-A-Wish Middle TN, Kings’ Chapel broker, Katrina Roberts, and developer, John Powell, announce the December 2014 event in the Kings’ Chapel community in Arrington, TN benefiting Make-A-Wish.

“Excitement is building as the year’s only Parade of Homes returns back to Kings’ Chapel. Located in the pretty “Park Area” of the neighborhood, four gorgeous custom homes packed with hundreds of building and design ideas will have several holiday surprises. And, our After-The-Parade Sale takes place Monday, December 22 just in time for last minute holiday shopping,” Powell said.

David Crane, of Crane Builders, is chairing the annual event. This year’s building team includes:  Arnold Homes LLC,  Drees Homes, Gregg & Rains Building Group and Tennessee Valley Homes.

In 2009, Kings’ Chapel partnered with the Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee nonprofit for a holiday home show. Powell said it is fitting that this special organization which grants wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions benefits from the home tour.
