Kings' Chapels surroundings are so stunning we decided to let the natural world influence the design of the community

Water – The use and management of water at Kings Chapel is instrumental in the design. From the way stormwater is managed to the ponds of well water and grassy wetlands – all created for your enjoyment. We have enhanced the landscape to create what nature otherwise would have taken years to establish. In addition, unlike any other community, we have wells that will provide homeowners and common areas with cost effective water .

Open Space – By preserving a network of open space, watersheds, grasslands, woodlands and wildlife habitat, we preserve areas that sustain wildlife and connect us with nature and the past. Open space is truly part of the fabric of Kings Chapel as it weaves throughout the community.

Connections – A variety of trails will connect the homes to the parks, playfields and our crowning jewel – The Kings Club. Our trails will allow you to discover, reflect and enjoy your private community.
